HALEY SERIES AND AERO SERIES

HALEY and AERO units are the newest series from MICRONBEATS METROLOGY SOLUTION. The series uses multigauging applications and covers a range of units that can deliver excellent and precise performance. The haley units available are LVDT probe units,encode counter units and USB counter units. The Aero units available are with pneumatic and without pneumatic units.

Interface unit

LVDT probe interface box provides maximum flexibility to the system integrators so as to combine varying probes, scales and sensors in to a single system and get digital data through single interface. The device directly gives scaled measurement values in millimeters up to the selected resolution. These are mainly the 4, 8 and 16 input channel LVDT probe interface units, and the 1 and 2 channel encoder interface units. Below are some of the features

  • Probe type: Full bridge or half bridge inductive probe.
  • Data interface: RS-232 serial interface for communication.
  • Up to 115200 baud-rate supported.

The pneumatic measurement or air gauging interface units are mostly used for measuring fixtures such as bores, shaft diameter, cylindrical work piece, ovality, and roundness. It is a non-contact measuring technique that performs dimensional and checks of the geometric partAero gauge interfaces have two types: with pneumatic and without pneumatic.Aero gauge interface with pneumatic series covers a 1, 2, 4 and 9 channels unit. The aero gauge interface without pneumatic series covers a 4 and 8 channels unit.

Feature:

  • Built-in air electronic, pressure regulator and sensor.(With pneumatic Aero convertor).
  • RS-232 serial interface for communication.
  • Default baud rate for a system 19200, we can set to maximum 115200 Baud rate using utility.
  • Multiple such units can be cascaded in a chained fashion.
  • Communication protocols: ASCII continuous transmission.

These are mainly 2 inputs channel USB counter device below are some of the features

Feature:

  • 32-bit real time up/down counter.
  • Count range from 0 to 4294967295.
  • Very high speed. Measures up to 20Mhz input frequency.
  • No need of external power supply. Connects directly to a computer’s USB port. There is additional provision for external power supply. This enables connecting encoders that require more current or voltage than the standard USB port can supply.
