SPADE SERIES

SPADE units are the newest series of display units from MICRONBEATS METROLOGY SOLUTION. The series covers a range of display units that can deliver excellent and precise performance. The display units available are Progauge display units, Super display units, Rainbow display units and Column display units.

Spade Rainbow

Rainbow devices provide 7" and 10" TFT displays with SPC features. These are mainly 2/4/8/10/12 input channel TFT display devices.Avaliable in inductive probe and air input channel options. Below are some of the features.

Feature:

  • 7” or 10” Color TFT display for clear viewing and graphical presentations.
  • Standard HDMI monitor.
  • Dual Interface Touch + keyboard and mouse operation.
  • 3 built-in relays for fixture result(ACCEPT / REWORK / REJECT).
  • Rainbow unit ensures a friendly interface with clear layout and user-friendly messages, making operation easy for all users.
  • Low Air Pressure Alert*: Rainbow unit includes a low air pressure alert feature, ensuring users are promptly notified if the air pressure falls below a specified threshold. This proactive warning helps to prevent issues related to insufficient air pressure during the monitoring process.
  • Safe shut down*: Protects the device in case of a power outage by automatically shutting down the device.
  • The air is automatically cut off after selecting the setting.
  • SPC Features: Min, Max, Range, Avg, Cp, Cpk, Pp, PPk, Std Deviation, Mean etc.
  • Easy Report Generation: Rainbow unit simplifies the process of creating reports through its user-friendly interface. Users can effortlessly generate comprehensive reports in CSV format for data manipulation for easy sharing and viewing.

Spade Super

The SUPER series covers two channel and four result, four channel and four result tricolour display units, suitable for gauging applications. A display unit that can deliver excellent and precise performance. The bright tricolour digits and large font on the LCD. The tri-colour digit changes colour between green, red and yellow depending on the component status- 0K, REJECT or REWORK. Below are some of the features

The Tri-color bar graph along with the 6 digit 7 segment display is an easy tool for the operate to improve productivity. The user can set it for measurements in comparative mode. The tri-color bar changes color between green, red and yellow depending on the component status- 0K, REJECT or REWORK. The tolerance values are superimposed on the bar for operator's assistance. Advanced microcontroller based hardware along with a very simple to understand menu makes it very user friendly.

Feature:

  • Red digits 0.36”.
  • 2.8" TFT color display.
  • Up to 10500 records can be stored internally with timestamps and programs and a second option up to 5 lakh records can be stored with SPC.
  • Metric/Inch measurement unit.
  • Static /Dynamic reading.
  • The tri-color bar changes color between green, red and yellow depending on the component status- Accept /Reject /Rework.
  • Bar graph ranges from 10,25, 100, 250 and 500.
